The IT & Systems Department is responsible for IT infrastructure, IT support, and business systems. The department provides and supports the Eckerö Group's IT infrastructure and business applications for our land-based operations as well as our vessels.
Support and administration of the Group's systems are centralized within the IT & Systems Department, which is also responsible for the Group's telephone switchboard. We are committed to delivering a high level of service through close collaboration within the department and across the Group's business units.
Most employees are based at our head office in Mariehamn, but the role involves regular travel aboard our vessels and to the offices of our subsidiaries in Grisslehamn, Helsinki and Tallinn.
